ll me fait grand plaisir de vous inviter à assister au concert bénéfice annuel des Boréades de Montréal.

Pour cette occasion, nous vous proposons une magnifique fable musicale commentée avec brio par le flûtiste Francis Colpron, dans laquelle Les Boréades revisitent la légende de la nymphe Calisto. Dans un univers fascinant où la destinée des humains croise celles des Dieux grecs, Les Boréades racontent l’histoire émouvante d’une mère privée de son enfant, du redoutable stratagème d’une déesse jalouse et d’une constellation créée par amour.

Le programme musical sera composé de la Sinfonia d’ouverture et d’une suite d’airs de l’opéra La Calisto de Francesco Cavalli (1602-1676), ainsi que d’oeuvres virtuoses qui ont fait la réputation de l’ensemble.

Joignez-vous à nous en grand nombre pour cette soirée qui s’annonce des plus agréable.
