In violin duo with Manfred Kraemer and The Rare Fruits Council, he was awarded the highest prizes of international criticism for their recording of works by Biber (Diapason d’or de l’année, Répertoire, Gramophone, Grand Prix de l’Académie du Disque, etc.).

In 1998, Pablo Valetti founded the ensemble Café Zimmermann, subsidised by the Région de Haute-Normandie and the Culture de la Nation. With this variable-geometry ensemble, he regularly records for the publisher Alpha in Paris. He received international praise for his recordings of the Concerti by J.S. Bach, the Concerti Grossi by Charles Avison after Domenico Scarlatti’s “Lessons for the harpsichord” and the Sonatas for violin and harpsichord by Johannes Mattheson.

His future projects include the continuation of the Concerti, the Orchestral Suites and the Sonatas for violin and harpsichord by JS Bach, recordings of works by CPE Bach as well as a series dedicated to the history of string quartet, still in collaboration with Alpha Productions.
